Wooden offices

Laboratorios Cinfa

Despite being a reference in the pharmaceutical sector and leading the Spanish market, Laboratorios Cinfa wanted a close, open and welcoming image in its offices at the Olloki plant in Navarra.

To do this, they contacted Sube interiorismo to reform a floor that would house the general management and presidency offices. His proposal was an unpretentious project but with an impressive image.

From the study they say that “one of the premises that we had to take into account was that it had to be a very functional office, where everything was in the right place and especially in the board room where machinery, computers, etc. , screens, coffee maker and everything must have been discreetly camouflaged. The jobs of directors and workers should have the necessary dimensions but they did not want luxuries, neither one nor the other”.

This interior design project sought warmth above all, so that once the functionality was resolved, a pleasant, welcoming aesthetic would come into play and make it easier for its users to spend hours there.

Wood for warmth

To achieve this warmth, they opted for wood to provide the maximum possible visual comfort in the offices and offices. The study worked with Landa ebanistería and they assure that “the execution was impeccable”. The cabinetmakers chose oak laminate and white laminate with oak beta to dress these offices.

From Landa ebanistería they say that “in the reception area there is a counter in white, combining lacquer and stratified. The corridor is designed with a pattern of squares that are complemented by the combinations between the wall cladding panels and screens. Between room and room, glass divisions are created by means of beading embedded in the panels”.

Management office and meeting room

“The meeting room is equipped with a bookcase similar to the one that can be seen in the management office. Two cabinets are incorporated, one a wardrobe and another for the use of catering service for guests or for possible internal meetings. On the other side, another shelf is added with a central panel to place the screen, and two side cabinets with horizontal grilles for the ventilation of the electronic devices necessary for the proper development of the meetings” they say from Landa ebanistería.

The lighting deserves a separate note. Susaeta iluminación designed it to accentuate the warmth they were looking for. On the one hand, they took advantage of the natural light coming through the windows, thus achieving efficient lighting that complies with the parameters required by the technical code. In addition, they made a nod to the CINFA logo with hexagonal lamps present in different rooms.

Both in the offices and in the meeting room you can see the Movado office chair by Enea.

Open area

Leaving the management area, one passes into an open office area made up of tables and special furniture that act as dividing screens. On this occasion two different pieces of furniture were designed. The first is made in natural oak and white lacquered with doors to facilitate the storage of office supplies and stationery. The other white lacquered with horizontal slats that also has doors but has “an upper tray for artificial plants or flowers, as a decoration”. There you can see Akaba‘s BAT office table model.

Bathrooms

Wood is still very present in the bathrooms but this time it is combined with gray veined marble.

Here we see the Bathco Toulouse washbasin on suspended wooden furniture. On the doors we see again the hexagon that refers to the Cinfa logo.

Rest area

In an area with exterior views and wallpaper reminiscent of old apothecary, there is a rest area reminiscent of a cafeteria terrace. There you can see Enea’s furniture. Sube interiorismo chose the Street chair, which, although it is a model designed for outdoors, fit in with the idea of the project.

From the furniture brand they comment that “the green lacquer used for them could not be more successful to complement the tones of the offices. This colour, in addition, has also been used in the steel structures of the Punto tables in this same room, making both models combine perfectly”.
