This project, designed by interior designer Cynthia Román, is an example of how design can convey calm without sacrificing character. In this integral refurbishment, each space has been designed with a contemporary approach, where visual cleanliness, balance and functionality predominate.
The house is articulated through a play of straight and curved lines, which provides dynamism without overloading. The colour palette – black, beige, mink and grey – reinforces the feeling of serenity and coherence throughout. Natural materials, such as wood and porcelain tiles, add texture and warmth, creating a cosy and timeless environment.

A project conceived from light
Natural light is a key element of the project. It passes through the house throughout the day, transforming each room according to the time of day. At night, well-planned artificial lighting reinforces the relaxed atmosphere, with a clean and controlled aesthetic.

Bathrooms, spaces of design and comfort
The design of the three bathrooms in the house follows the same philosophy of well-crafted simplicity. Each one has selected pieces that add personality without breaking the overall harmony:
- The first bathroom includes the Magdalena porcelain washbasin, with soft shapes and balanced proportions.
- The second bathroom incorporates a double stone washbasin model Domed Bowl, ideal for sharing the space without losing comfort.
- The third bathroom features a Java stone pedestal basin in beige, which provides presence and verticality.

The whole project is focused on creating a comfortable home, with a design that does not seek to attract attention, but rather to function on a day-to-day basis and maintain its appeal over time. A good example of how interior design can combine aesthetics, noble materials and functionality.
