From the project's inception, the main objective was clear: to create a space that exuded calm and harmony. After understanding the client's needs, the Studio Apart Design team embarked on a journey to materialize that vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The distribution of spaces was defined based on the materials used. Oak became the common thread, delineating the private areas of the home and providing a sense of continuity. From the floors to the furniture, oak became the common language that unified all spaces, creating a coherent and harmonious experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selected colors and materials had a significant impact on creating a versatile atmosphere. For example, a meeting room can be transformed into a dining room, or an office can evolve into a home theater. This ability to change and adapt ensures that the house perfectly suits the different moments and requirements of its inhabitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathrooms, conceived as spaces of calm and personal care, became true sanctuaries within this home. Here, the client's experience was the absolute priority. Imagine enjoying a shower while contemplating panoramic views of the fields. This unique approach to bathroom design with the Nilo sink<\/a> demonstrates how attention to every detail has been paid to provide an exceptional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a final touch, it was established that the house should be designed to be self-sufficient, following the methodology of passive house techniques. This involved improving insulation and using minimally processed materials as much as possible, with the goal of optimizing available natural resources and reducing the demand for external resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
