With 120 square meters and a terrace, this 1956 apartment has been completely transformed into a space full of vitality and color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior design of the home is a celebration of the diversity of materials and styles. Lahoz has masterfully combined wood, iron, wallpaper, ceramics and brass, creating an environment that is both welcoming and visually stimulating. The influence of oriental culture is harmoniously integrated with touches of bright colors such as blue, green, ochre, maroon and pink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"7442\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Lapopie-Proyecto-residencial-Rosa-Lahoz-Dormitorio-Principal-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7442\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The furnishings and decor reflect her love of antiques and her passion for unique pieces collected over the years. Upon entering, one finds a large open-plan living room that includes a study and work area. A hallway leads to a kitchen with office and direct access to the terrace, as well as a master bedroom with dressing room, a master bathroom and a guest room. The master bathroom, which was originally blind, was extended into the building's courtyard to incorporate a window and gain additional square footage. This space, now filled with natural light, has become Lahoz's favorite room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Lapopie-Proyecto-residencial-Rosa-Lahoz-Bano-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7446\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"7447\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Lapopie-Proyecto-residencial-Rosa-Lahoz-Bano-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7447\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosa Lahoz opted for a d\u00e9cor that combines dark green ceramics and floral wallpaper, with touches of fuchsia for a vibrant contrast. An oval console adapted for the washbasin and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/en\/producto\/washbasins\/porcelana\/deco\/new-lys.html\/\">Bathco New Lys floral washbasin<\/a> complete the space, while a glass partition separates the shower, which features a subtly sloped floor for practicality.
