In the integral reform of this house of 120 m\u00b2, Majo Flores Interior Design<\/strong><\/a> has achieved a perfect balance between design, functionality and comfort. Located on the fourth floor of a residential building, the house was in a state of origin that required a complete transformation to meet the needs of a growing family. The studio focused on optimizing every corner, creating modern and cozy spaces, ideal for family life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuity and warmth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The living room, dining room and kitchen share an open space, designed to encourage family interaction and conviviality. With a palette of neutral tones, combined with touches of grayish green and mustard, these rooms radiate warmth and elegance. The integration of a sliding glass door between the kitchen and the foyer not only adds a decorative touch, but also allows for a seamless transition between the different areas of the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the bathroom, Majo Flores<\/strong><\/a> has chosen the washbasin Carnac<\/strong><\/a> from Bathco<\/strong>, The sink, a piece that stands out for its sleek, contemporary design. This sink brings an air of sophistication to the space, perfectly complementing the serene aesthetic of the master bedroom. The combination of neutral tones with moss green and mustard accents extends to this private area, where the plant mural on the bedroom headboard adds depth and character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio has also created magical spaces for the family's children. In the 8-year-old boy's room, the marine theme dominates, with a mural full of colorful fish that feed his imagination. The 6-year-old's room is decorated with a vibrant mural of little houses that invites her to play and dream. In both rooms, storage was key, integrating practical solutions to maintain order without losing the fantasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
