In 2024, the Ofelia Casanueva Clinic<\/a> inaugurated its expansion with a completely innovative approach. Designed and executed by Aedificare<\/a>, The main objective of this extension of the clinic, oriented to hair and dermatological aesthetic medicine, was to break with the traditional design of the clinics, creating a cozy and warm space where the patient would feel at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key to the project was to transform the cold and sterile clinical environment into a modern, attractive and relaxing retreat. From its conception, the idea was clear: \u00aba clinic that doesn't look like a clinic\u00bb. To achieve this, Aedificare stripped the building's concrete structure and made it one of the most prominent elements of the design. This industrial material and the micro-cement finish on the floor are balanced with the warmth of natural oak wood in the cladding, creating an atmosphere of harmony and sophistication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distinctive elements of the project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the great successes of this project has been the selection and combination of materials. In the reception and waiting room, pav\u00e9s has become a key element, reinterpreted in a contemporary way to bring light and a retro-chic touch to the space. In addition, the cellular polycarbonate, used in the main office enclosure, evokes the classic offices of the mid-twentieth century, bringing fluidity and a nostalgic wink to the design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Klein blue color, present in textiles, wall coverings and furniture, acts as a connecting thread between the different rooms, bringing vitality and modernity to the environment. In addition, the use of circular and curved shapes in details such as curtains, carpets and furniture, adds dynamism to the space, softening the straight lines and providing a sense of constant movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most innovative elements of the project is the versatility of the spaces. The circular curtains with 360\u00ba rotation allow the waiting room to be transformed according to the needs, offering privacy or openness depending on the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clinic's bathroom is another space that stands out for its bold design. Equipped with a washbasin Detroit<\/a> from Bathco<\/a> and the floor of Hisbalit<\/a>, The bathroom combines elegance and modernity. The wood paneling brings serenity, while the neon orange on denim wallpaper is a true statement of intent, merging art and functionality in a surprising space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
