With large windows that flood the interior with light, this home is the result of the fusion between design and architecture, offering a unique experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owners were looking for a balance between functionality and modern aesthetics. Upon entering the house, a carefully designed foyer welcomes us with an imposing solid oak wood lattice and a large recessed mirror that creates a powerful visual impact from the very first moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0032-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8063\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visual connection in the day area<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The day space is organized with a subtle separation between the dining room and the kitchen, achieved through a large horizontal window and a floor-to-ceiling glass door. This solution reproduces in the interior the image of the large windows of the building, allowing a fluid vision between the two spaces. The kitchen, far from being a secondary area, becomes a social meeting point, integrating a dining room with custom-made furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0042-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8064\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0039b-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8065\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A haven of calm in the night zone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A minimalist hallway leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom has been conceived as a retreat. Clean lines, deep tones and textures play a key role in the sensory experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0001-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8066\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0010-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8067\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the en-suite bathroom, the impressive large-format ceramic tiles imitating marble are enhanced by the zenithal light from a pit hidden in the ceiling. The protagonist of the space is the washbasin model <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/en\/producto\/washbasins\/porcelana\/circular\/carnac-cru.html\/\">Carnac by Bathco<\/a>, with natural porcelain finish, combined with neutral colors and natural materials, conveys serenity and order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0019-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8069\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0022-monte-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8068\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A connection with the outside world<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a culmination, a central staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a living area connected to a spectacular terrace of over 150m2.
