The Atelier that Bathco launched in 2014 is becoming a benchmark in the field of innovation. What began as an artists' workshop aiming to work with porcelain through creative freedom and experimentation has become a true R&D&i resource for the company.<\/p>\n
New materials, finishes, and infinite possibilities emerge from the work developed at Atelier. One example of this is the luminescent sinks recently presented at CEVISAMA, which have the unique characteristic of reacting to ultraviolet light.<\/p>\n
This combination of art and experimentation has multiplied the company's innovative capacity in recent years. As a result, the company's Atelier is becoming a benchmark center in the field of innovation, which has led Bathco to open the workshop's doors, not only to the world of interior design or decoration, but also to the educational sphere.<\/p>\n
Showing and raising awareness among current and future generations of the need to innovate and undertake has become a maxim for the company. Under this premise, Bathco has launched a workshop program aimed at schools and communities at risk of social exclusion or those more disadvantaged. On the other hand, it organizes visits with different universities that wish to learn firsthand about the work carried out at its facilities.<\/p>\n
An example of this was the visit of students from the Official Degree in Interior Design at CESINE University Center in March and May of this year. The students were able to learn firsthand about the infinite possibilities for creating completely innovative spaces with the Atelier. The application of luminescent pigments, the transformation of pigments during the baking process, or the reaction of pieces to temperature changes are issues that change the perspective of interior design in general.<\/p>\n
Regarding the workshops, the most rewarding for the company are those held for the little ones.
