They were presented with the unique opportunity to renovate a farmhouse located in a magical enclave in the heart of Priorat and did not hesitate to pour all their efforts into it, together with the interior designer <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/veronicacruzz.tumblr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Veronica Cruz.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/R1B7243\u00a9ericdherouville-1024x635.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3495\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property was used for centuries by the monks of Cartoixa de Escaladei for cultivating their lands. The farmhouse maintained its exterior charm, and the project focused on renovating the entire interior. After more than two years of work, an idyllic place has emerged in El Priorat. This area is considered one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world, but despite this, it has remained a region not very open to tourism. This secrecy has allowed it to maintain the charm of those regions that remain untouched and true to centuries of tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> a perfect space to immerse yourself in the region's landscape, silence, and gastronomy <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To offer visitors the opportunity to experience this region, the five-star Terra Dominicata hotel was born, a perfect space to immerse yourself in the landscape, silence, and gastronomy of the region, in a unique hotel with its own winery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reform with aesthetic and mystical value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/R1B7542\u00a9ericdherouville-2-1024x635.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3497\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/R1B7542\u00a9ericdherouville-2.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=3497\" class=\"wp-image-3497\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTerra Dominicata\u201d is the Latin expression used in the Middle Ages to designate \u00ablands under the dominion of a lord,\u00bb and in the case of a building of great historical value, the renovation has consisted of adapting its interior to accommodate <strong>26 comfortable rooms without altering their exterior, thus preserving their aesthetic and mystical value.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/R1B7276\u00a9ericdherouville-1-635x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3496\" width=\"270\" height=\"434\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel and its winery are surrounded by a 135-hectare estate, within the Montsant Natural Park, offering its guests a place to relax and unwind while enjoying a unique natural environment. It has 26 rooms spread across two buildings. Its design is predominantly <strong>Color palette of warm tones contrasted with black brushstrokes in some details. <\/strong>The furniture, lighting, and accessories aim to strike a balance between the charm of a rural setting and the design of an exclusive hotel, with the utmost respect for the history of the complex. Family art pieces have been used to give it a very personal and welcoming feel.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are no two identical rooms; each one has its own personality, where an elegant and contemporary style coexists with unique details.
