Gastronomy and art unite once again to pay homage to the many moments shared around a table. A passion for cooking and a taste for original pieces have made this restaurant a benchmark.<\/p>\n

Un puzzle de texturas<\/h2>\n

Trist\u00e1n Moziman, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Chucho, decidi\u00f3 abrir un restaurante especializado en carne argentina en Santander (Espa\u00f1a). Quer\u00eda transmitir, a trav\u00e9s de una\u00a0imagen, las propiedades de lacarne argentina que tanta fama tiene a nivel mundial. Se trata de una carne de calidad gracias a las grandes extensiones de terreno y a un clima \u00f3ptimo en donde\u00a0se cr\u00edan las m\u00e1s finas razas bovinas.Ese aspecto tradicional unido al ambiente t\u00edpico de las carnicer\u00edas de toda la vida fue lo que transmiti\u00f3 a The artists<\/strong><\/a> from Bathco Atelier.<\/p>\n

Interpretaci\u00f3n de Atelier<\/h2>\n

\n\"\"The project developed for this restaurant had some clear references. One of them consisted of a cow representation made from different types of leather in a patchwork style. The artists studied how to translate that representation into a pictorial-ceramic language. It was then decided to depict a calf as if it were a puzzle. Each piece would identify the different types of meat. Black pigment was used to draw all the contours of the animal and name each part, alluding to the old-fashioned representations that used to illustrate and decorate butcher shops and pork shops, where they indicated how to cut the meat and the names of each cut.<\/p>\n

\n\"\"To differentiate each of the pieces that make up the body, the artists employed diverse textures and colors. The resulting smudges were achieved through the use of different types of brushes, Japanese brushes, sponges, and even plastics. The different paint densities also played an important role.<\/p>\n

To complete the composition, both the name and the logos were created using ceramic decals.<\/p>\n

The animal's representation, with a vintage character and reminiscences, was offset by the use of textures and a rectified tile support of a more elongated format, which gave the composition a contemporary feel.
