{"id":8315,"date":"2021-11-30T09:01:53","date_gmt":"2021-11-30T09:01:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/inspiration\/proyecto-llanca\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T09:36:45","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T09:36:45","slug":"project-llanca","status":"publish","type":"inspiration","link":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/en\/inspiration\/project-llanca\/","title":{"rendered":"Llan\u00e7\u00e0 Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/noeprades_studio\/\">Noah Prades<\/a><\/strong> This project of rehabilitation and integral reform teaches us about a modernist building from 1900, typical of Barcelona's architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interior designer himself explains the concept of the renovation, which aimed to \u201c<em>transmit the balance of nature and its colors, such as blue symbolizing water, or green symbolizing the flora and fauna that fill every space with life, inviting calm and well-being. With a subtle tropical and mid-century character, we have used noble materials like wood or finishes like caning as a guiding principle throughout the space. Reinforcing it with curved shapes, we have achieved a character with feminine and carefree touches throughout the apartment.<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renovation included both the opening of new spaces and a new layout, as well as the design of carpentry and furniture. The VOL\u00c0 dining table and the ARCO living room unit are some examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interior has 76m\u00b2 distributed into two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms alongside a kitchen that has been opened up to the living-dining room, creating an open and bright space that revolves around two large windows providing access to the terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0208-alta.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"4082\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0208-alta.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=4082\" class=\"wp-image-4082\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9521-alta-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"4087\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9521-alta.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=4087\" class=\"wp-image-4087\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon entering, you'll find a foyer next to a hallway crowned by three large double doors with an oak wood finish, giving each room strength and personality and inviting you to discover what lies beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MASTER BEDROOM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9171-alta-1024x675.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4083\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the first door, we find the secondary bedroom. This room has been designed around a main element: its headboard. Panelled with wallpaper featuring tropical motifs from the brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ananbo.com\/\">Ananb\u00f3<\/a>, It hides a large rear closet, leaving the rest of the space free, inviting contemplation of the shapes and colors that compose it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Master bathroom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9227-alta-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"4084\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9227-alta.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=4084\" class=\"wp-image-4084\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second door down the hallway, we discover the main bathroom. The water color floods this space, filling it with life. \u201cWe used hydraulic tile for the walls and floor, creating a disordered and informal geometry. Elements like the wicker mirror stretch the textures and sensations of the rest of the home.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suite Room <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9641-alta-1024x693.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"4088\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9641-alta.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=4088\" class=\"wp-image-4088\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the third door is the suite room in which \u201c<em>As if it were an oasis, we have covered the entire headboard wall with a wall from the Ananb\u00f3 firm, creating this contrast between the caning and the custom-made cabinets with clean lines, symbolizing trees.<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The room opens to the en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom\u201c<em>We were asked to give it a more feminine touch, and of course, pink colors have flooded this space. Taking inspiration from the mid-century, we designed these mirrors divided by a central fixture from the Nnura firm, reinforcing curved shapes. The floors and walls have been covered halfway up with pink hydraulic tiles featuring curved and carefree shapes.<\/em>\u201d. This kitchen has been custom-designed using green colors to highlight the oak wood handles, creating an elegant and relaxed style. Its Venato marble countertop complements part of the living and dining room furniture, unifying the concept and textures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9352-alta-1024x674.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"4085\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9352-alta.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=4085\" class=\"wp-image-4085\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the dining room, you can see the custom-designed VOL\u00c0 table for this space. Composed of two black iron bases with a pressed cylinder shape, it supports the Venato marble top with a curved finish at its ends. The bluish chairs from the Gub\u00ed brand and the lamp with arc shapes from the Phloc brand fit in harmony to create a fresh and pleasant space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/9521-alta-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4087\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most social area is located in the last room.
