{"id":8775,"date":"2022-02-22T07:36:06","date_gmt":"2022-02-22T07:36:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/inspiration\/una-experiencia-memorable\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T09:39:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T09:39:04","slug":"a-memorable-experience","status":"publish","type":"inspiration","link":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/en\/inspiration\/a-memorable-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"A memorable experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marcos Granda, sommelier and head of the dining room, decided to open in 2017 the <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Clos restaurant (opens in new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/restauranteclosmadrid\/\" target=\"_blank\">Clos Restaurant<\/a><\/strong> in Madrid and I trust <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Lavela studio (opens in new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lavela.studio\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lavela Studio<\/a><\/strong> to create a personalized and memorable experience for 26 people with a team of twelve professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/clos-detalles-espacio2-1519923831-1024x510.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4521\"\/><figcaption>Clos Restaurant Hall<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Granda defines his restaurant like this: \u201c<em>Clos is my ode to the art of hospitality, creativity, and a taste for wine. Even from the name, we sought to make a statement of intent. In French, the term \u201cclos\u201d is used to designate the best vineyards and plots, a clear hint of the respect and admiration we feel for our winery.<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/clos-detalles-espacio8-1519923930-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4522\"\/><figcaption>Clos restaurant cellar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accompanying the owner's intentions, interior designers Sandra Vergara and Raquel Lazaro from Lavela Studio propose a dining room that is not excessively large, designed with care, and in keeping with what you will find on the plate: modern food, without fuss, and with fabulous ingredients. Presiding over the main dining room is the painting \u00abMy Time\u00bb by <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Ainize Txopitea Artworks (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ainizetxopiteaartwork_official\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ainize Txopitea Artworks<\/a><\/strong> and the chairs of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/blascoandvila\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Blasco &amp; Vila.
