After three years, the influencer Fatima <\/a><\/strong>Sang<\/strong> <\/a>and his family are finally moving into their new house in Elche. It is an industrial construction, with open and minimalist spaces created by the architecture studio The Mirateca <\/a><\/strong>to those we interviewed for Stories. Upon entering the property, we see a spacious garden with a pool and a house where concrete prevails both inside and out. The hall provides direct access to the living room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the living room<\/strong>, F\u00e1tima and her family wanted minimalism to reign. The star of the show is a large gray corner sofa, an industrial-style coffee table, a suspended TV unit, and a modern suspended bioethanol fireplace. F\u00e1tima Cant\u00f3 tells us that \u201cWe were very clear that we wanted a huge sofa for all of us to sit together and watch TV.\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, a floating staircase provides access to the I study <\/strong>with a terrace overlooking the pool, the perfect place for telecommuting and for children to do their homework. Other stairs lead down to the garage where they will also install the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to the living room we see the kitchen<\/strong>, one of the influencer's favorite parts, with clean lines and crowned by a hanging garden over the marble island that joins the table to\u201cadd a touch of green and make it not too industrial<\/em>\u201dCustom furniture was installed on the wall.\u201cwith a lot of storage because the other kitchen we had was overwhelming and in this one I'm enjoying organizing all the drawers<\/em>\u201dThe study Feel the Crama <\/a><\/strong>the interior design manager explains that they were looking for \u201da white kitchen, with a central island, and making the most of the spaces \u2013 these were elements present in the first briefing<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A hallway gives access to the sleeping area, but before that, we come across a guest bathroom where you can see the Polaris washbasin<\/a><\/strong> Bathco Solid Surface on a wooden countertop and the Volga wall-hung toilet.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twins' bathroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the next door, we find the bathroom of the twins Gonzalo and Alonso, where\u201cmodularity was used, thus generating two main blocks for the sinks and secondary ones for storage<\/em>\u201dexplains interior design.\u201cThe development of the block on the left wall follows the direction of the room towards the courtyard, thus reinforcing the architectural character of the space. At the beginning and end of the bathroom unit, two opposing blocks are played with. One of them is placed at the bottom of the modularity to be used as a bench, and the last one is suspended, thus reinforcing the aspect of lightness.<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two sinks are placed on that furniture. Solid surface and wood plate<\/a> <\/strong>from Bathco because \u201cWe wanted each of them to have a sink and two mirrors, so there would be fewer arguments, and plenty of drawers for them to store their things.<\/em>\u201cand we see again the Volga toilet.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
