{"id":14219,"date":"2013-05-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/journal\/bathco-y-el-centro-tecnologico-de-componentes-de-cantabria-firman-un-proyecto-de-investigacion-y-desarrollo-de-nuevos-materiales\/"},"modified":"2025-10-30T12:39:22","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T12:39:22","slug":"bathco-y-el-centro-tecnologico-de-componentes-de-cantabria-firman-un-proyecto-de-investigacion-y-desarrollo-de-nuevos-materiales","status":"publish","type":"journal","link":"https:\/\/www.thebathcollection.com\/en\/journal\/bathco-y-el-centro-tecnologico-de-componentes-de-cantabria-firman-un-proyecto-de-investigacion-y-desarrollo-de-nuevos-materiales\/","title":{"rendered":"Bathco y el Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de Componentes de Cantabria firman un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de nuevos materiales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La firma tuvo lugar el pasado 2 de mayo en las instalaciones del CTC, situadas en el <strong>Parque Cient\u00edfico y Tecnol\u00f3gico de Cantabria<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez, gerente de Bathco y el Dr. \u00c1ngel Yedra Mart\u00ednez, del \u00c1rea de Materiales Avanzados del CTC, han firmado el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n de 18 meses de duraci\u00f3n, cuyo fin es desarrollar un material innovador en el sector que destaque desde el punto de vista de la est\u00e9tica, para poder utilizarlo en la fabricaci\u00f3n de sanitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Es un gran paso en I+D+i subvencionado por los Fondos Feder, y Bathco lo hace junto al \u00e1rea de Materiales Avanzados del CTC, formada por un equipo de trabajo altamente cualificado, especializada en el estudio y desarrollo de nuevos materiales destinados a aplicaciones de alto valor a\u00f1adido y orientados a satisfacer las necesidades y retos del mercado.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With this project,<strong> Bathco<\/strong> busca retrotraer parte de su producci\u00f3n internacional a Cantabria. Actualmente la empresa se encuentra en proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n de sus instalaciones de la <strong>Bajada del Caleruco<\/strong> para poder llevar a cabo este proyecto y realizar la fabricaci\u00f3n de esta colecci\u00f3n de lavabos de alta gama en Santander.<\/p>\n<p>Para el proyecto de Bathco, el CTC, desarrollar\u00e1 un material innovador que sea mezcla de materiales tradicionales, aditivos, materiales avanzados y reciclados para ser utilizado en sanitarios. Ser\u00e1 un material ligero, impermeable y con acabado natural.<\/p>\n<p>En la firma del proyecto se han presentado los avances realizados en el proyecto.
