On Friday, July 17, Jes\u00fas Ferreiro, president of the Titanic Foundation, and Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez, manager of Bathco, signed an agreement at the offices of the bathroom product manufacturing company, through which various initiatives will be carried out to maintain the historical, maritime, and human memory of the most famous shipwreck and the most legendary of historical vessels.<\/p>\n

Given Santander's company's connection to the aquatic world, Bathco's initial idea is to manufacture, in the Cantabrian capital, a replica of the first and second-class bathrooms from the \u201cship of dreams.\u201d These will include sinks, furniture, faucets, and other accessories that will be exhibited in more than seventy countries where the company operates under the name \u201cBathco.\"Titanic Collection by Bathco<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n This ship was created by the British shipping company White Star Line, founded in 1845. The company had the ambition to create the largest ship in history at that time, a forward-thinking venture that learned from its mistakes and achieved great success.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n One hundred and seventy years later, Bathco presents an equally ambitious goal for 2016, in partnership with the Titanic Foundation. They aim to bring the reconstruction of the world's most famous grand vessel to Santander's waters so that the people of Cantabria and the general public can enjoy this grand production.
