Bathco will be present at ArteSantander'16
Bathco joins this important art event as an official sponsor, and is calling for the first time for the Bathco Contemporary Art Awards.

As it did in 2015, Bathco will be present at this international trade fair through Bathco Atelier, its most ambitious project to date. On this occasion, the company has been in charge of decorating and designing the VIP area of the exhibition, which will serve as a meeting point for gallerists, artists, and visitors.
The protagonists of this space designed by Bathco will be two large ceramic murals created by artists Emeric Minaya, director of Bathco Atelier, and María Centeno, an artist from the workshop.
Bathco Contemporary Art Awards
This year, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Artesantander, Bathco intends to have a very active presence with the goal of reinforcing its commitment to art and culture. To achieve this, it is launching the first edition of the Bathco Contemporary Art Awards, which will recognize the best artistic project presented at Artesantander. These awards also signify Bathco's acquisition of a piece from the winning project. In this way, the company supports the dissemination of culture in general and contemporary art in particular, highlighting the indispensable work of gallerists.
For the deliberation of the Bathco Contemporary Art Prize, an expert committee has been formed comprising Ana del Barrio and Marta Gómez, directors of the specialized magazine Masdearte.com; Fernando Centenera, president of Fundación Centenera and collector; and José López, general director of Bathco. The prize will be announced on the same day the fair opens, July 16th, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM.
