Mallorca's best kept secret

The property owner decided to undertake a renovation to convert a 4-person apartment block into a 2-person one, increasing the usable space and modernizing the rooms. The objective was clear: to prioritize quality above all else and offer more space and a new experience, giving preference to couples over families.

The 64 beachfront suites were redesigned to convey the Mediterranean atmosphere of the prime location. The interior designer Joan Toni Martí was responsible for this renovation, who together with Femenías Stores managed to imbue the place with calm, luxury, and comfort.

For the renovation project, the materials and decorative style were meticulously chosen to blend with the natural environment, aiming for environmental respect. This creates a tranquil place where guests can escape the hustle and bustle of big cities.

Given the impressive views, the intention was to emphasize the large windows that invite guests to enjoy the light and sea breeze in every room. This ensures that guests have an innovative experience that combines a passion for the island of Mallorca, a seafaring lifestyle, and relaxed elegance.

In each of the suites, the dressing area coexists with the bedroom in open spaces full of amplitude and the characteristic light of the island. There you can find the Bathco Nilo sink.
