Fátima Cantó's House
Projects, ResidentialAfter three years, the influencer Fatima Sang and his family are finally moving into their new house in Elche. It is an industrial construction, with open and minimalist spaces created by the architecture studio The Mirateca to those we interviewed for Stories. Watch the interview here.
Upon entering the property, we see a spacious garden with a pool and a house where concrete prevails both inside and out. The hall provides direct access to the living room.
In the living room, Fátima and her family wanted minimalism to reign. The star of the show is a large gray corner sofa, an industrial-style coffee table, a suspended TV unit, and a modern suspended bioethanol fireplace. Fátima Cantó tells us that “We were very clear that we wanted a huge sofa for all of us to sit together and watch TV.”.
From there, a floating staircase provides access to the I study with a terrace overlooking the pool, the perfect place for telecommuting and for children to do their homework. Other stairs lead down to the garage where they will also install the gym.
Next to the living room we see the kitchen, one of the influencer's favorite parts, with clean lines and crowned by a hanging garden over the marble island that joins the table to“add a touch of green and make it not too industrial”Custom furniture was installed on the wall.“with a lot of storage because the other kitchen we had was overwhelming and in this one I'm enjoying organizing all the drawers”The study Feel the Crama the interior design manager explains that they were looking for ”a white kitchen, with a central island, and making the most of the spaces – these were elements present in the first briefing”.
Restroom
A hallway gives access to the sleeping area, but before that, we come across a guest bathroom where you can see the Polaris washbasin Bathco Solid Surface on a wooden countertop and the Volga wall-hung toilet.

Twins' bathroom
On the next door, we find the bathroom of the twins Gonzalo and Alonso, where“modularity was used, thus generating two main blocks for the sinks and secondary ones for storage”explains interior design.“The development of the block on the left wall follows the direction of the room towards the courtyard, thus reinforcing the architectural character of the space. At the beginning and end of the bathroom unit, two opposing blocks are played with. One of them is placed at the bottom of the modularity to be used as a bench, and the last one is suspended, thus reinforcing the aspect of lightness.”.
Two sinks are placed on that furniture. Solid surface and wood plate from Bathco because “We wanted each of them to have a sink and two mirrors, so there would be fewer arguments, and plenty of drawers for them to store their things.“and we see again the Volga toilet.
The following area is dedicated to the laundry room, and after that, a guest room or game room.
En-suite bathroom
At the end of the hall is Fatima's bedroom and Dani It features the same modern, minimalist look as the rest of the house, and includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The Prato sinks reappear, bringing warmth to the industrial ambiance, as do the toilet and the Volga bidet.
Interior designers tell us that “To reinforce the character of the bathroom, a vanity top with a ash effect in the same tone as the Bathco sink has been chosen. Likewise, the mirrors and handles have been placed in the same color as the faucets to be in accordance with the style. And to finish, Desenio prints, chosen by Fátima, have been used to give soul to the space.”.
To counteract the industrial style of the house, wooden furniture was chosen for the children's room.
