The study Aedificare proposes Urban Suite A modern and groundbreaking accommodation concept.

ALEKS GALLARDO AD Magazine. Seven distinct styles that coexist in harmony and balance for lovers of designer yet cozy spaces. Urban Suite welcomes us to a new way of traveling (and living). Located in the center of Santander, this innovative accommodation model is housed in a early 19th-century building. And this is precisely how its guests' experience begins. Within this charmingly decadent building are seven designer apartments? Well, yes. After crossing the worn-down entryway and opening the door, a new world is discovered that has nothing to do with it. And as always, contrast is synonymous with good taste. Behind the project are the interior design studio Aedificare and the team of Architects Díez Magdaleno.

Luana García, from the interior design studio, explains the starting point of the idea: «We wanted something different in Santander, a reference point for design and services. The requirements were to create 7 fully equipped apartments, each with a different style but without excess.

a mixture of styles in harmony with each other, with balance

It had to be something elegant yet eye-catching. We weren't looking for the typical, over-the-top ‘themed hotel’, but rather a mix of decorative styles that would fit together and, at the same time, surprise in a city like ours.«Since it's a personal project, the studio's personality is reflected in every decorative decision: «It's us, our essence. We could sum it up as a mix of styles in agreement with each other, with harmony and balance. It has Nordic, industrial, Parisian touches, trends, and classic elements. Each room has a different style, but in all of them, you know you are in Urban Suite Santander.«.

The rooms have their own names: Industrial, Noir, Salitre, Luana, Paris, Mint, and Lemon, and within them you can find Bathco sinks that the studio specifically chose to match the theme of each apartment. In the Luana and Noir apartments, you can find the sink Nilo, in Lemon and Mint the sink is present Santander and in the Paris apartment, the sink Cáceres. Additionally, the Cantabrian seal is also present thanks to the mosaics of Hisbalit.
