The project was born in 2020 at the hands of Malales Martínez Canut Study manager Malmaca that next to María Mas Interior, has successfully navigated the pandemic by reinventing the boutique hotel concept and designing spaces focused on ensuring safety and hygiene measures. Through a décor that combines elegance with luxury, the hotel offers its clients a selection of period pieces and antiques, from contemporary furniture to unique objects discovered by the interior designer on her travels through Europe. The rooms, whose names are inspired by the ancestors of the project developers, provide the exclusivity of palatial luxury and the comfort of contemporary hotels. Colorful room, bold as its character's nature and spacious on the ground floor with its own reception room and the marquise's dressing room.
Characterized by its English chintz upholstery, the illuminated coffered ceiling, and the contrast of its decorative elements such as the New Nordic gold and patterned sinks.
Regent Gabriel Císcar
Exclusive suite on the first floor with its own lounge with fireplace, office, and terrace with valley views.
Inspired by the ruler's love of sailing, it features decor in green tones and a mix of 18th-century European furnishings: Austrian bookcases, Provençal wardrobes, a Louis Philippe desk, and a French chaise longue.

Viceroy of New Spain
Inspired by the vicereine's intense diplomatic life and her sensitive and educated personality, this room located on the first floor has been decorated with a selection of French pieces, from its blue and white Vichy-print tapestries to its White stamped cast iron sinks with Toile de Jouy patterns.
It stands out for its natural elegance and beautiful sunrises over the valley, and features a spacious oak walk-in closet, a cozy reading nook, and a large oval bathtub for relaxing after a long walk. With the option to share the Regent Gabriel Ciscar room's living room for shared trips.
Count of the Towers
Spacious ground-floor bedroom with its own entrance hall, decorated to the character's taste, who completed the project to retire but was unable to enjoy it.
With engravings of Cantabrian landscapes, walls covered in green and blue tones, a mix of fine woods along with natural linen tapestries and contemporary kilims. In the bathroom, the standout feature is the Toulouse gold sink.

Helguera Palace it was created with the purpose of having its clients disconnect upon arrival and let themselves be carried away by a complete experience: their space wellness It is open all year round, with versatile architecture that allows its pool to be used in both summer and winter; its gastronomic offerings invite guests to enjoy typical local dishes made with local and seasonal products; the hotel gardens connect directly to paths that lead into the distinctive nature of the Pas Valley, known for its Romanesque monasteries, hermitages, and historical caves.

The project's ambition is to capture the natural and traditional charm of Cantabria, a community known for rural tourism, history, and gastronomy, and extend it to a space of luxury and high design, on par with Europe's finest boutique hotels, making Cantabria a benchmark for getaways.
