Projects, ResidentialThe owners of this 120-square-meter apartment in Sofia, Bulgaria, wanted an “interior for a new world,” so Voood Inc established an interior design project where they incorporated their product design knowledge and developed a whole range of lighting objects as well as tableware for this “minimalist noir” space with a balanced micro-environment. Thus, the project was born Dawn.
Upon entering the home, we are met with an L-shaped space that accommodates the kitchen, dining room, and living room ending on a sunny terrace.
Smart Interior Design
The study Voood Inc is aware that “Smart interior design goes beyond the furniture that fills a space. It hits the root of living requirements and changing habits.”, so they designed a living room where every element made sense. They chose natural stone from FMG Marble and Granite Factory to construct the fireplace and the furniture that covers the front along with cabinets designed by the studio itself, whose doors are made of wooden slats painted black. There we see an armchair Dutch bone and the sofa Sofia Design District.
A tasty interior
“feeling and passion for food and cooking”
From the studio they comment that “Our client is a real estate agent who has a feeling and passion for food and cooking. The desire for a large workspace with professional equipment where they could explore their passion and creations was a main theme of the design report.”.
The large central island allows for a spacious work area. There, we see the natural stone present again in the living room fireplace, the Neve faucet Plumbing fixtures, the furniture of Zuviver all about parquet flooring Kahrs Romania.
Recipe for a truly sophisticated kitchen:
- First, make sure you have a magnificent mix of diffuse and directed light.
- Then, a couple of square meters of Venetian terrazzo that ensures the presence of delicate stone.
- Afterwards, if necessary, you can add firewood. We recommend using walnut to heat slowly!

Voood Inc. knows the added value of unique pieces and therefore designs a collection of kitchen accessories.

This collection emerges as a kit designed for architects and interior designers, featuring colors, sizes, patterns, and surfaces conceived to adorn spaces and styles with technically impeccable solutions.

Bedtime
Simplicity and functionality characterized by a few but interesting elements. The bedroom is a space free of objects, but full of emotions. There we find the uniqueness of the lamp Iceberg made of porcelain and with an artistic focus that draws attention to global warming and melting glaciers. The electrical system of this room is Schneider Electric.
From the master bedroom, a large walk-in closet is accessed through a sliding glass door, making daily routines easy and enjoyable.
Home spa
Contrasting matte and raw textures, clear and opaque glass create subtle differentiation between flat and contoured surfaces. All designed for dedicating time to body and soul.
All the bathroom functions are integrated to free up space and provide a sense of peace and tranquility. Stereo sound is provided by two small speakers integrated into the false ceiling where the shower is located.
The terrazzo tiles stand out for their color and texture in this timeless design, and that's where the Solid Surface pedestal sink is located. Bathco Sludge.
Playground
The children's room is conceived as a space for exploration with simple functionality, open to daily play.
Elegant and understated porcelain tiles, exceptional raw wood, and large-format NASA telescope photos printed on wood fiber wallpaper are used.
