An original Nordic bathroom in Salou

Blank Interiors' latest home renovation project in Salou has been to completely transform a property, redefining its layout and aesthetics to reflect a contemporary and functional vision. The renovation sought to move away from the previous layout, characterized by small rooms, and instead, opted for a design of fluid environments within the same space, separated by furniture and wooden slats.

The furniture, custom-designed by the interior design studio for this project, and adapted to the needs of the inhabitants, stands out for the predominant use of oak wood, providing a Nordic touch that appeals especially to the owners.

Within this furniture stands out a separating element between the hall and the living room. This element combines an opaque part with cabinets and another part that allows a glimpse of the living room area, adding a touch of mystery and sophistication. The dining table also became the central core of the day area, giving an intimate and cozy atmosphere to the living room area.

In the kitchen, an island was designed around one of the exposed concrete pillars, creating a striking contrast with the Nordic style achieved through the elegant combination of materials.

In the master bedroom, wood paneling incorporating smooth panels and vertical slats was chosen, creating a visual rhythm throughout the room. The closets were blended into the walls, greatly expanding the feeling of spaciousness instead of having a separate dressing room.

In terms of bathroom amenities, the choice between bathtub and shower was not necessary, as both were harmoniously integrated. This decision offers flexibility in daily life, while optimizing the use of space. The combination of these elements provides a creative canvas for bathroom planning, creating a more spacious and functional environment.

The neutral color palette, paired with the bathroom's wood accents, evokes a sense of serenity, accentuated by the elegant presence of black accessories. The vanity with Dinan double basin becomes an ideal choice for shared bathrooms, infusing a touch of luxury and contemporaneity in the room.

This refurbishment project in Salou is a masterful example of how an innovative vision and meticulous attention to detail can transform a home into a space of elegance.
