Architecture designed for wellbeing in Caser Residencial Majadahonda

Projects, Contract

The residence for the elderly Caser Residencial Majadahonda is a clear example of how architectural design can be integrated to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Designed by the prestigious architect Rafael de la Hoz, This facility combines a modern approach with the best solutions for its residents.

This center, with a surface area of 6,400 square meters distributed over three floors, offers 144 residential places in an environment designed for the comfort and recovery of its residents. Its facilities include specialized areas for medical and nursing care, physiotherapy, therapy rooms, hairdressing and podiatry, guaranteeing a comprehensive service for residents.

Careful design for maximum comfort

The residence has been conceived with ample spaces that promote mobility and the well-being of the elderly. In this context, every detail has been carefully selected to offer functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. In the bathrooms, a key space for the comfort and safety of the residents, we have opted for the model Oslo by Bathco. This model, recognized for its design, integrates perfectly into the architectural concept of the residence, providing practicality and sophistication in equal parts.

Technology for the care of the elderly

In addition to architectural design, Caser Residencial Majadahonda is committed to technology and innovation in the care of its residents. The implementation of home automation and motor and neurological rehabilitation equipment makes it possible to offer personalized rehabilitation and recovery therapies, promoting the autonomy and well-being of the elderly.

A project where architecture, technology and design come together to offer the best possible environment to those who need it most.
