Trigo Studio's discordant materials
StoriesPatri and Diego joined forces a few years ago and founded Trigo Studio, an interior design studio that they define as “Dynamic, creative, and professional, eager to take on different projects” and they have truly demonstrated that their projects are unique.
MEDITERRANEAN STYLE
Although they are from Asturias, they claim that the Mediterranean style And warm colors are a constant source of inspiration at Trigo Studio, but how do they incorporate this style into the projects they work on?
Create correct lighting., natural materials where they can keep costs as low as possible—such as clay or natural stones—and, of course, what most defines the style of this studio: the use of incongruous materials.

“You can create a unique and inviting space by choosing different materials that, although they might not seem to go together at first glance, end up blending perfectly.”.
BATHROOMS WITH PERSONALITY
This approach is something they use in the bathrooms they design, where they draw inspiration from current trends, but “we blend those trends with other decor styles to create more contemporary designs and move away from the classic look.”.
A great example of this is “The House of Molding”, a comprehensive renovation in which moldings take center stage; despite being a very classic element, when combined with the flooring, wallpaper, and gold accents… it became a unique and very modern project.

But what's the secret to creating a bathroom like Trigo Studio's? A bathroom needs to have a good mix of materials that blend well together, excellent lighting, and, above all, lots of candles.

Also, ever since we discovered Bathco, we've loved working with them because their designs and quality are spectacular, but above all because of how approachable they are and how friendly they've been toward us. They always resolve any issues that come up, and we'll keep coming back whenever we can.
