El Serbal: A stylish restaurant next to the sea
Projects, HospitalityIt is possible to enjoy a delicious seaside dining experience at El Serbal restaurant, one of six restaurants in Cantabria awarded Michelin stars. Its magnificent location in El Sardinero offers privileged views from anywhere in the dining room.

The panoramic view of Sardinero beach, the coast, and the boats anchored at the entrance of the bay is impressive, and it is complemented by the market cuisine of chef José Ramón Bustamante, who presents dishes with signature touches, in coordination with the restaurant manager, Rafael Prieto.

After 22 years on Andrés del Río street, El Serbal moved to this new location, in a well-known building in the city of Santander, occupying the first floor from which diners enjoy privileged views of the Cantabrian coast.
The building is located right on the edge of the boardwalk, rising from the beach to the height of the promenade, which highlights its close connection to the sea. The dining room, situated at the top where the restaurant is located, has been favorably renovated, presenting a minimalist ambiance with a predominance of wood. With 15 tables, the interior space is bright thanks to the large windows that surround the room.

Even the bathrooms in this establishment follow the theme of connection with the sea, as they feature replicas of the second-class sinks from the Titanic, a collaboration between Bathco and the Titanic Foundation.
