University architecture has evolved towards residential models that combine autonomy, integrated services, and operational efficiency.

In the residence of the European University of the Atlantic, located in the Cantabria Science and Technology Park, Bathco participated in equipping the bathroom spaces, supplying the Ibiza model toilet for the residential units in the complex.

A residential environment linked to the campus

Located just a few meters from the university campus and perfectly connected to the center of Santander, the residence is designed to accommodate students, researchers, and professors in a functional and energy-efficient environment.

The complex includes:

• 36 shared apartments of 115 m² (four single rooms with private bathrooms)

• 57 shared studios between 28 and 45 m²

• 6 studies adapted for people with disabilities

Each unit includes an individual bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and autonomy within a shared living model.

Ibiza Toilet: Functionality and Durability for Intensive Use

For the equipping of the private bathrooms, the Ibiza model, a piece conceived to respond to collective residential environments.

In this type of project, the plumber must meet clear requirements:
