Homes with a Mediterranean soul
Projects, ResidentialThe team of Rodes Architecture has carried out an integral reform in a newly built house in San Juan, Alicante. This project stands out for its focus on contemporary design, accompanied by natural materials that provide warmth and a connection with the Mediterranean environment.

The house is designed to make the most of natural light. The large windows allow the sun to enter and provide a feeling of spaciousness in all spaces. The neutral color palette, combined with light-toned furniture and wooden details, creates a relaxing and cozy atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Natural materials
One of the strong points of the project is the use of natural materials in the finishes and furniture. Wood, present in the countertops, shelves and cladding, adds a warm touch and connects the interior of the house with the aesthetics of the Alicante landscape. This focus on natural materials not only enhances the beauty of the space, but also ensures its durability and functionality.

The bathrooms of the house follow the same line of design, with simple and elegant elements that complement the overall style of the house. The master bathroom features two sinks New Nordic by Bathco, carefully integrated into a light wood countertop. Also, the secondary bathroom, has the washbasin Volta by Bathco also with warm wood countertop and Mediterranean details that reinforce the cozy character of the space.

This home in San Juan is an example of how contemporary design can reflect the environment in which it lives.
