La Piconera, a jewel of interior design in the middle of nature

In the heart of a vast natural park, stands majestically The Pepper Eater, a restored farm dating back to the early 13th century, with 30 hectares of lush woodland. This historic enclave, once the childhood summer spot of our clients, has been carefully transformed by R-studio, respecting the rich history of its original materials: stone and wood, which have been given new modern life with touches of iron.

As we step into this unique corner, we find a carefully planned interior layout. The ground floor houses a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, a kitchen that blends functionality and style, and a historically rich wine cellar. On the first floor, the bedrooms unfold, including a grand suite that captures the essence of nostalgia and comfort.

Stepping into the main suite of La Piconera is like immersing yourself in an oasis of elegance, with the bathroom equipped with the Fiji model by Bathco. The Fiji, with its smooth, modern lines, not only adds a touch of luxury but also blends harmoniously with the overall atmosphere of the suite. The freestanding bathtub offers an experience that combines sophistication with comfort. The other bathrooms at La Piconera feature the model New Lys by Bathco, a design that combines elegance with functionality.

An ingenious transformation has turned an unfinished garage into an extension of the home, cladding it with natural stone and creating three distinct spaces: a versatile multi-purpose room, a laundry area, and a utility room, each contributing to functionality and aesthetic appeal.

In the process, R-estudio not only designed the interior and exterior spaces but also took on the responsibility of fabricating most of the furniture, thus consolidating a unique and personalized experience.

La Piconera extends beyond its walls. With 20 hectares of forest in the heart of the natural park, its grounds offer a unique experience. A vast 2,000 m2 lawn invites leisure and relaxation, while the northeast-facing pool provides exceptional views. Additionally, an outdoor lounge area, a barbecue, and a game room complete the offering for fully enjoying the surrounding nature.
