MiCampus Santander: a new way to live and study

Projects, Contract

The rise of student housing He redefined collective residential architecture.
Today, a university residence is not just accommodation: it is community, technology, services, and user experience.

At MyCampus Santander, Bathco participated in equipping the bathroom spaces of a complex designed to accommodate 415 students, integrating solutions designed for an environment of intensive use and constant rotation.

A new university residence model

Located on Cardenal Herrera Oria Avenue, next to the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital and the University of Cantabria, the residence is positioned as a strategic enclave for both university students and medical interns.

The complex features:

  • 359 rooms

  • Capacity for 415 students

  • Single and double rooms

  • 3 and 4 bedroom apartments style Co-living

The project, developed by Rotedama, responds to a functional, contemporary architecture oriented toward operational efficiency.

Bathroom fixtures for 359 rooms

Bathco supplied the sanitary ware for the private bathrooms in the rooms and apartments, providing:

  • Sinks with clean lines, adapted for compact spaces

  • Wall-hung toilets that facilitate cleaning and maintenance

  • Solutions designed for durability and operational efficiency

In a project of this scale, standardization and technical reliability are decisive. Module repetition demands formal consistency, structural strength, and ease of replacement.
