The rooftop infinity pool hotel

The Hotel Primavera Park stands out as the flagship establishment of a business group that aimed to position the Primavera Hotels brand in the Benidorm hospitality scene. The task was assigned to Óscar Vidal's study, for which the challenge was completely restructure the hotel, which was initially conceived as an aparthotel, and to make it a benchmark within the city.

The hotel building had strong points, as its curved facade It gave it a prominent presence in the environment. While from the upper floors, one could enjoy a privileged view of the sea and the landscape towards the west of the city.

From an aesthetic point of view, Óscar Vidal's studio sought to highlight the presence of nature, increasing the use of vegetation, natural fiber furniture, neutral colors, and wood finishes. The objective was to emphasize the company's slogan: «An oasis in the heart of Benidorm.».

One of the vital changes in the hotel's restructuring was the entrance, which moved from Verano Street, a secondary road, to Primavera Street, much more visible from the town hall and surrounding areas. The creation of a Grand Hall as a freestanding structure, with a 6-meter-high curved glazing, to generate a feeling of solidity and spaciousness.

The main pool is one of the hotel's biggest attractions. It is a infinity pool on the hotel's rooftop. That is, on the 17th floor, where guests seem to be flying over the city.

In the rooms, a backdrop was created with an image of palm trees and a beach, providing a subdued composition with combinations of wood and black, moving away from the typical Mediterranean postcard. For the suites, an open layout was chosen, with the bathroom and bedroom connected but differentiated.
