Somos Estupendas: A space designed to connect with oneself

Somos Estupendas has established itself as the leading platform in Spain for mental health and well-being. Since 2020, the organization has been dedicated to disseminating knowledge about mental health through social media, offering workshops and online therapy. Recently, in collaboration with Jennifer García Studio, has opened its first physical store in the heart of Barcelona.

As this is their first physical center, they have focused on creating a corporate image that reflects the brand's principles and values in the interior design. The main objective has been to create a space that offers tranquility and serenity, allowing patients to completely disconnect from their daily routine and connect with themselves. This has been achieved by creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, using subtle shapes, colors, and materials, with a neutral color palette.

Initially, the space had a dark atmosphere with large interconnected rooms. One of the main challenges for the interior designer was to divide the space into two well-defined zones: an office area and an area for therapies.

With a surface area of 230m2, the center has six individual and/or couples' rooms and one group room, all designed to accommodate different types of therapies. The workspace includes a break area with an office, two meeting rooms, and two soundproof booths for recordings and calls, equipped with roller blinds that ensure complete privacy.

Likewise, a spacious workroom has been created with original wood paneling, treated and lacquered in a neutral tone. For greater versatility, a rectangular table nearly 5 meters long has been incorporated, accompanied by planters and four tables with detachable wheels. This allows for adjusting and utilizing the space as needed.

For the bathrooms, the essence of all rooms has been maintained and the model has been chosen Castellón The simplicity of the countertop fits perfectly with all the decorative details of the space.

Somos Estupendas is a space designed to foster communication and connection with patients, which has achieved its goal.
