Wooden office design
Projects, ContractDespite being a reference in the pharmaceutical sector and leading the Spanish market, Cinfa Laboratories I wanted an image that was close-up, open, and welcoming in their offices at the Olloki plant in Navarra.
For this purpose, they contacted Interior design on the rise to renovate a floor that would house the offices of the general management and the presidency. Your proposal was an unpretentious project but with a striking image.
From the studio, they say that“One of the premises we had to take into account was that it had to be a very functional office, where everything was in the right place, and above all in the boardroom, where machinery, computers, screens, and a coffee maker had to be located, and everything had to be discreetly camouflaged. The workstations for directors and employees should have the necessary dimensions, but they did not want luxuries, neither one nor the other.”.
This interior design project primarily sought warmth, so that once functionality was resolved, a pleasant, cozy aesthetic could come into play, making the hours spent there easier for its users.
Wood for warmth
To achieve that warmth, they opted for wood to provide the maximum possible visual comfort in the offices and workplaces. The studio worked with Woodworking and they ensure that “the execution was flawless.” The cabinetmakers chose oak laminate and white oak-grained laminate to furnish these offices.
From Landa Ebanistería they say that “In the reception area, a white counter is observed, combining lacquer and laminate. The hallway is designed with a checkered pattern that complements the combinations between the wall cladding panels and partitions. Between rooms, glass divisions are created using beading fitted into the paneling.”.
Executive office and meeting room
“The meeting room is equipped with a bookshelf similar to the one in the director's office. Two cabinets are included, one for coats and another for catering services for guests or for internal meetings. On the other side, another bookshelf is added with a central panel for placing the screen, and two side cabinets with horizontal grilles for ventilation of the electronic equipment necessary for the smooth running of meetings.”, they say from Landa Ebanistería.
The lighting deserves a separate mention. Susaeta Lighting He designed it to emphasize the warmth they were looking for. On one hand, they took advantage of the natural light coming in through the large windows, thereby achieving efficient lighting that meets the requirements of the technical code. Additionally, they paid homage to CINFA's logo with hexagonal lamps present in different rooms.
The office chair can be seen in both the offices and the meeting room. Enea's Move.
Open zone
Leaving the director's area, one enters an open-plan office area with desks and special furniture that function as partition walls. On this occasion, two different pieces of furniture were designed. The first is made of natural oak and lacquered in white with doors to facilitate the storage of office supplies and stationery. The other is lacquered in white with horizontal slats, which also has doors but features “a decorative top tray for artificial plants or flowers”There you can see the model" BAT office table by Akaba.
The bathrooms
Wood is still very present in bathrooms, but this time it's combined with veined gray marble.
Here we see the Toulouse sink by Bathco Regarding the suspended wooden furniture. On the doors, we again see the hexagon that references the Cinfa logo.
Rest area
In an area with outdoor views and wallpaper reminiscent of old apothecaries, there is a seating area that evokes a café terrace. There, you can see furniture from Enea. Sube Interiorismo chose the chair Street, which although it's a model designed for outdoor use, fit the project's concept. The furniture brand states that “The green lacquer used for them couldn't be more fitting to complement the office tones. This color has also been used on the steel structures of the Punto tables in this same room, making both models combine perfectly.”.
