Bathco mentors I.E.S Estelas de Cantabria in their participation in Startinnova
Bathco's CEO, José López Cortés, and the Director of I.E.S. Estelas de Cantabria, Paz Sasián Urrejola, have signed an agreement to carry out projects developed by the center's students within the StartInnova program.

Following the experience gained in the previous edition, Bathco has decided to participate once again in this initiative by El Diario Montañés to continue motivating the entrepreneurial spirit of young Cantabrians, among whom there is great potential.
STARTinnova is an initiative by El Diario Montañés, Cantabria's leading newspaper, which fosters the development of entrepreneurial behaviors among young people studying for their Baccalaureate and/or Vocational Training (intermediate degree) in educational centers in Cantabria. STARTinnova is also a training program on the methodologies and tools necessary for the development of a business, social, or other type of entrepreneurial project.
Through theoretical content, practical exercises, and digital talks, students learn and discover the characteristics of entrepreneurial people: vision, proactivity, planning ability, communication skills, negotiation skills, synergy capability, and motivation.
Likewise, students will gain firsthand experience from entrepreneurs through digital talks where they will be able to meet them and ask their doubts and questions.
