Inspire & Evoke is a space that focuses on the materials and textures of nature that have inspired art throughout the centuries.

Bathco's collaboration with interior designer Beatriz Silveira is no accident; both parties constantly work in search of new materials and inspiring designs. This has been the meeting point that has allowed them to present the Inspire & Evoke space at Casa Decor 2021.
From May 13 to June 27, an exhibition that, as Beatriz Silveira assures, “transports you on a journey of emotions and sensations thanks to the combination of materials and textures. All inspired by the art of nature to connect with the origin while projecting the future,” can be visited on the fifth floor of Tomás Allende's house.
Onyx, ceramic, marble, wood, and metal are balanced in a very personal spa bathroom where one can escape a world based on functionality and practicality. The sensory richness of the materials and textures is made evident by the models from Bathco's collections that can be found in this bathroom. Also on display are the ceramic pieces handcrafted by Bathco Atelier artists, created for the occasion.
For the first time and exclusively for Casa Decor, the Sand Waves collection in Solid Surface is presented with a sink of sinuous shapes that invite you to experience the softness of its touch. This is a preview of a collection that will be on sale in the coming months.
The Pretoria bathtub by DadoQuartz takes center stage during bath time, exuding serenity and freshness while transporting us to a world of exclusivity and modernity, all surrounded by light. In the shower area, the Simi beige stone shower tray, combined with acacia wood details, reinforces its solidity. The New Ronda floor-mounted toilet with its concealed cistern emphasizes the desire for visual cleanliness in the space.
El Atelier de Bathco, a major player in the space
The professionals at the Atelier have worked hand-in-hand with Beatriz Silveira to develop the Casa Decor project. In Beatriz Silveira's words, “The atelier has skillfully and sensitively interpreted the designs I created for the project. Specifically, they have developed 3 ceramic pieces that make the Atelier the central focus of the space.”
To connect the origin of materials and nature-inspired art, the artists at Bathco Atelier have worked on hand-molded ceramic pieces that have been installed in “Inspire & Evoke.“ An example of this work is the sculptural vanity in the restroom area, which features a molded ceramic cladding fired in the Cantabrian company's kilns. Crowning the Pretoria bathtub, one can see a sculptural lamp that pays homage to primitive art through its organic forms, and flanking the doors that simulate a cabinet, two striking origami-inspired wall sconces have been placed.
