Bathco sinks are installed in a luxury home in Jávea
The Toulouse and Olea square models appear in Casa Concretus, an impressive project that blends wild nature and oppressive Soviet architecture, created by Singular Studio, with the architect José Moragues, the interior designer Pepe Cabrera, and the construction company Villas de Lujo Grupo González Barber.

The particular characteristics of this house were born after the owners' visit to their native Russia, a trip from which they brought back the need to capture the Soviet architectural tradition that is so present in their history. The Singular Studio team faces the challenge of combining this hard and robust aesthetic with the exceptional natural setting where the residence is located, a window open to the Mediterranean Sea.
They found the solution in an L-shaped, raised concrete structure that utilizes a single facade to install a large bay window. Privacy and freedom coexist in a building that presents itself to others as a single, bold volume.
It stands out in this construction that not a single brick has been used; instead, all the materials employed are concrete, wood, and steel.
The ground floor, which is buried underground except for the large window, houses the living area and the master bedroom suite, which takes advantage of the exceptional sea views. Adjacent to it is the main bathroom, which features a wooden vanity with two Toulouse sinks from Bathco. Meanwhile, the powder room has a square Olea sink installed on a custom-made vanity that utilizes the corner space.
For its part, the first floor distributes the night environment and also provides access to the dwelling from the outside. An exterior in which the native vegetation has been utilized and the terracing that the plot originally had has been restored.
