On September 2nd, part of the Bathco team visited the school San Juan Bautista, also known as La Salle, to meet with the center's tutors with whom he will collaborate in the coming months.

STARTinnova is an initiative of El Diario Montañés Multimedia that fosters the development of entrepreneurial behaviors among young people who are pursuing their Baccalaureate and/or Vocational Training (intermediate level) studies in educational centers in Cantabria. STARTinnova is also a training program on the methodologies and tools necessary for the development of a business, social, or other types of entrepreneurial project.

Following the success of previous editions, Bathco did not want to miss the opportunity to mentor the San Juan Bautista school in Los Corrales de Buelna, where they will work hand in hand with groups of 4 to 5 students supervised by a teacher from the center. From the beginning to the end of the program's calendar, students will receive training thanks to four essential elements for effective entrepreneurship.

  1. Skills and competencies required of entrepreneurs.
  2. Methodology (Canvas Model): How to turn an idea into a real project.
  3. Project development.
  4. Defense of the same.

All of this will be achieved through audiovisual content and e-learning dynamics, with tutoring from a technical committee composed of highly experienced experts in these areas.
