Bathco's extensive range of materials is evident in the bathrooms of this Docrys&DC project.

The development of this comprehensive turnkey project took the Docrys&DC team several months, as they commented: “We put all the passion that characterizes the team on the table, as well as meticulous work to achieve the result that our client wanted and needed, taking into account their tastes and preferences.”.

After several interviews with the client, they settled on a “modern industrial” style. The predominant colors in the home are black, gray, and white, combined with materials such as wood. This results in a very special mix of materials and colors with a lot of personality.

The choice of materials was fundamental in this project, combining furniture, lighting, and finishes in iron with wood, architectural structures, exposed brick walls, and original wooden beams of the house.

A modern, industrial style

This home has 260 m2, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, a kitchen with an island open to a spectacular living room, and a TV area. Each of the bathrooms has its own personality; to achieve this, Bathco sinks of different materials have been installed in each one, along with the matte Athenas faucets. You can find Novales made of cement, Java made of stone, Bejes made of steel, Río made of stone, and Begur made of aluminum.

From Docrys&DC they state that “for the choice of furniture and decoration for this project, the most exclusive brands and designs from the interior design world were used”.
