The Work of Artists
To bring the lobby to life, a mural was designed that introduces us to the marine universe. Through sculpted ceramic, fossils and marine animals that form spectacular corals are simulated.
In the bathroom area, we find another nod to the sea. The sinks seem to play with water and sea life. The sinks can only be fully appreciated when viewed together, showcasing fish leaping from one piece to another.
Do you want to bring art to your own project?
On one hand, Atelier projects offers the opportunity to bring art into one's own space for all those seeking something unique and unrepeatable. When the idea is born in the architect's, designer's, interior designer's, etc. studio, it is transferred to the Atelier artists, and they begin a process of experimentation, playing with colors and materials until they reach a final concept. They turn the concepts over and over and materialize the idea. Thus, three examples emerge, which can be seen in the publication: a family home, a winery in Spain, and an oceanographic museum.
What is Bathco Atelier?
Bathco Atelier is a unique initiative that links the art world with the ceramic and bathroom decoration sector for the first time. It also involves the implementation of an area for artistic creation and experimentation within the company. Artists generate ideas, work on new designs, and create and experiment with the possibilities offered by paints and their fusion with other materials such as iron particles, sandstones, and crystals. Ultimately, it is a collaborative project with 8 artists who contribute their personal touch and their way of living and understanding art to each piece that comes out of this workshop's kiln.
