Bathco successfully closes its participation in at the last edition of Cersaie, an exhibition that has served to refresh the market and join efforts to consolidate the sales.

Bathco successfully closes its participation in at the last edition of Cersaie, an exhibition that has served to refresh the market and join efforts to consolidate the sales.

Despite of the general difficulties  of the sector, there is a great optimism and enthusiasm to overcome adversity at the end of 2015 and to reach a new record turnover. As BATHCO continues to expand its market both nationally and internationally, the balance at the end of the year seems to result very positive.

The globalization can cause changes or instability in political or economic terms what influences strongly the remodeling and construction sector, a principal sector of Bathco sales but on the other hand, thanks to this globalization Bathco can be present in more than seventy countries and nowadays its export activity is experimenting an improvement in all the markets.

In general, customers who came to the stand of Bathco "have left very satisfied and wishing to finish orders" indicates Mr. Eduardo López, Bathco commercial manager. "Thanks to the success of the collections Bathco Atelier and Thin Porcelain, we were able to strengthen our relationships with distributors like Regia in Italy." Mr .Lopez also added that "what most surprised the architects, interior designers and decorators was the possibility of applying the work of Bathco Atelier  in their own projects."

The series of Javier Mariscal and David Delfín also drawed a lot of attention, these products are always a success at the fairs. Professionals and experts from the bathroom sector know appreciate the fusion of design and washbasins.

Cersaie is the fair with the greatest ability to attract international visitors, among them the most important customers of Bathco, mainly from fair hosting country Italy, Russia, France, Germany and India.

Cersaie has demonstrated that remains to be the design reference in the bathroom world: an annual event in which Bathco wanted to be present again.

 

BATHCO ATELIER

Bathco Atelier is the collection that impressed the visitors the most. Bathco Atelier is a space of artistic creativity with an R&D strategy, where Bathco is involved with the regional cultural and artistic sector.

The concept on which this atelier is about, it's a return to traditional process, relying on the unique and unrepeatable character of each created piece.

Eight artists, five months and a common goal: the production of 4.500 washbasins collection, hand painted and numbered on a limited edition. The artworks by María Centeno, Ana Expósito, Marga G. Polanco, Sandra Suárez, Claudia Iza, Jose Luis Ochoa, Adri Santiago and Emeric Minaya will travel all around the world with the aspiration of taking the artistry from Cantabria to the highest level.
