The Cantabrian company Bathco reaffirmed its social commitment after materialising the delivery of 1,656 bathroom equipment products to families affected by the DANA in the Valencian Community, through the solidarity initiative promoted by Interioristas en Acción and the FDI Foundation.

To date, the aid has reached a total of 407 families in vulnerable situations, prioritising households with children, dependent persons and families at risk of social exclusion. The first distributions have reached municipalities particularly hard hit by the storm, such as Paiporta, Catarroja, Picanya and Benetusser, among others, adding up to more than a dozen localities benefited.

The donation, valued at more than 700,000 euros, included items such as bathroom furniture, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, bathroom kits, shelves and other accessories, to complete 30 tonnes of material. Thanks to the coordination with the FDI Foundation and the collaboration of companies such as Peralta Vidavi and Feria Valencia, which have provided their facilities for the reception and coordination of the material, the delivery of the aid is being carried out efficiently and progressively.

This initiative reinforces Bathco's commitment to social causes, demonstrating that collaboration between companies and social entities can translate into a positive and direct impact on the lives of hundreds of people.
